About Us
Snow removal in the Twin Cities is broken. It's expensive, unreliable, and unavailable when you need it. We founded Minneapolis Snow to fix that.
This company was founded by two guys. One of us is the head of his condo complex, and the other an apartment manager just across the way. They tried a lot of snow removal companies over the years, all made big promises, and charged big rates, but none of them delivered. Ice-dams, snow piles, and slick sidewalks were a constant problem, and we wound up doing a lot of the work ourselves.
Funny thing is, we both love the cold, and after a good coffee really enjoy the work of clearing snow, either by hand or with electric tools (no gas here!). Running the numbers, we realized we could do better work and charge less than just about everyone else but the 13 year old down the block who's still figuring out which way their arms go.
What's more, for us, this is fun!
Minneapolis Snow was created to be better, faster, cheaper, and greener.
